Today seems like a nice day to get back to the ancient pastime at laughing at stupidity. Ladies and Gents, this is Ms. Teen South Carolina, a saucy little dish whose hamster fell off its wheel and blacked out completely. This girl is a cutie, but no doubt about it, as dumb as they come. The best part is this one is closed captioned for the work impaired, so you can enjoy this gem from the comforts of your own cubicle - without anyone hearing you. Can someone get those South Africans some freaking maps already?
