Perverted Sports Terms: Baseball

by Lozo, Why Don't We Get Drunk And Blog?

You may or may not know this about me, but I have the dirtiest mind ever. Ever. I never miss a potential double entendre joke. I constantly say, "That's what she said." I am a sick, sick man.

This makes watching sports fun for me. There are tons (I've weighed them) sports terms that double as words that make 10-year-old kids and me (never at the same time anymore, thanks to the restraining order) laugh out loud. You know some of them, but I bet there's some you let go because your mind isn't as warped as mine.

That's why I decided to compile all the sexual double-term meanings in sports, so you too can think like Lozo. You'll be amazed at where I find perversion. Today, we'll open with the only major sport that's going on -- baseball. If you have any of your own you'd like to add, or if just want to let me know you're reporting me to authorities because I'm mentally unstable, do so in the comments.

Two balls: "Bases loaded, one out, and Jeter has two balls on him."

Fisted: "The pitch was in on his hands, so he fisted it over the shortstop's head."

Bagger: "Rodriguez leads the AL in two-baggers with 42."

Gone deep: "A-Rod has gone deep on Colon eight times."

Jerked: "Jeter jerked the ball over the left-field wall."

Rubber: "Mussina is toeing the rubber tonight."

Rubber game: "Even though they've been together for a while, Jeter and A-Rod still play rubber games."

Two-hole: "Jeter thrives in the two-hole."

Gap: "Abreu drives the ball into the gap."

Bang-bang play: "Jeter and A-Rod are always involved in bang-bang plays."

Bush league: "Jeter and A-Rod are never involved in bush league plays."

Chin music: "That ball whipping past A-Rod's face was some chin music."

High and tight: "Jeter likes the ball high and tight."

In the hole (batting): "When Jeter is up, A-Rod is usually in the hole."

Jammed: "Jeter was jammed, and he wasn't even batting when it happened."

Sac flies: "When A-Rod and Jeter get together, there are lots of sac flies."

Hot stick: "A-Rod has been swinging a hot stick of late."

Hot stick, two-hole: "Jeter swings a hot stick in the two-hole."

Balls in the dirt: "If A-Rod was a catcher, he'd have to dig balls out of the dirt."

Squeeze play: "Jeter squeezed A-Rod in...from third."

Juggled balls: "A-Rod juggled two balls at third this inning."

Sacks: "A-Rod is up, and the sacks are packed."

Pole: "A-Rod wrapped his blast around the pole."

Deep in the hole (fielding): "Jeter makes plays from deep in the hole."

That's just 24. I know there are more. Hit me with the ones I missed.

What? No "dugout" references?

"After striking out, ARod buried himself deep in the dugout."

Outstanding. I love your work.

Pitch signs: "Posada asks for it hit high and tight. Clemens delivers!"

I'm sorry it's not exceptionally dirty, but I also like "Johnson is at first base, where he is being held by Sexson."

partmule -- thanks man.

anon -- that actually made me laugh out loud. and with the a's playing the mariners so often, i bet it's been said. you can just shorten it to perv it up. "johnson is being held by sexson at first."

- Another version of "high and tight" would be a "high, hard one".

- He's wielding a fat bat.

- Choking up on the bat.

- For some reason "Bull Pen" sounds like a gay BDSM club.

- Um, knuckle ball.

That's all for now Mr. Lozo.
