New Nebraska interim-athletic director Tom Osborne recently spoke on the state of the football team. And despite his actually saying the words “new coaching staff”, he claims in a statement issued through the athletic department chief communications officer, Randy York, that no decision on the football staff would be made until after the season. Uh huh.
