ROBOCROUCH READY TO BE UNLEASHED ON WORLD OF SOCCER

Remember Peter Crouch? A large majority of our American viewers will say "no", but I promise you, Peter Crouch makes soccer worth watching. For one, the striker stands at 6'7", which is abnormally tall for someone who plays soccer. Because of his stature, he lacks speed and ball skills (what a surprise for a tall, lanky, white guy). But he makes up for it with his knack for scoring goals and dominating corner kicks.

Crouch should be starting his first game as a lone striker as England plays their Euro Qualifier Wednesday versus Croatia. If you're not familiar with England's soccer team, they normally run a two striker set, with Wayne Rooney (a More Credible Favorite - Beware of Broken Beer Bottles) and Michael Owen (uhh, that dude). Both of England's stars will not play because of injury, giving Crouch the opportunity to PWN and prove his manhood.

So what inspires me to write a post about soccer and more notably Peter Crouch? Well... two things. In England, if you started to do The Robot Dance, it's guaranteed someone will say "nice Crouch impression". Yes, Peter Crouch does the Robot... and does it well:

And also the fact he's bangin' with super-model Abigail Clancy. Perhaps you won't be watching on Wednesday when Crouch and the England boys play on Wednesday, but if you catch any of the Euro Cup Qualifier, remember the awesomeness that is Peter Crouch.
