There aren't many things that have never, ever happened in the history of football.
This afternoon, Tampa Bay Buccaneers receiver Micheal Spurlock returned a first-quarter kick 90 yards for a touchdown to give his team a 14-3 lead over the Atlanta Falcons.
It took 1,865 attempts over 32 seasons, but the Bucs have finally scored on a kickoff return. For the first time. Ever.
Way to go, guys!
In other NFL news, that retarded FOX Sports robot finally has a name. The special winner of the Name the Robot Contest on FoxSports.com -- who will be revealed and ridiculed next weekend -- has dubbed the mech Cleatus.
The name "Cleatus" is of Greek origin, meaning "invoked", as in bringing into existence magically. Example: Cleatus magically makes me want to punch myself in the face.

Don't be a douche - Cleatus is cool and if it weren't a popular part of the broadcast, would they be selling the action figures?

If so, I'd like to rummage through my attic to find my dusty, yet trusty, Optimus Prime and challenge you to an all-out action figure war.
Holy shit I hate that stupid robot so much. I boycotted FOX for a whole year but he is still there. Still warming up for nothing on my tv screen. He is not cool, he is an imaginary robot. I don't like to play with robots, I don't daydream about robots, I just want to watch some fucking football.
I think he has tense shoulders, because he loosens them up quite regularly.
Amen, anonymous. He's like the Tin Man, except with Down Syndrome. Those jumping jacks seem to loosen him up pretty well too, getting him in the proper shape to annoy the shit out of the general football-viewing public over the age of 10.
Hey folks, I know lots of you hate that robot, but my nephew is bugging the shit outta me and I don't know how to find this little toy on fox shop. can someone tell me, so I can shut my nephew's pie hole up!
