Look, I understand that the voters for the Baseball Hall of Fame have earned the right to vote for whoever they want to vote for and all that crap but they just aren't making sense anymore.
Todd Stottlemyer, Chuck Knoblauch, David Justice, Chuck Finley, Shawon Dunston, Rob Nen, Travis Fryman and Rod Beck all received at least one vote in the latest HOF balloting. Chuck Finley! I mean, these guys were good players and they had some very good years, but seriously....someone thought they should be put in the Hall? I don't think so.
The Hall of Fame needs to look at who is making these ridiculous votes and take away their voting rights. It seems like every year there is another deserving player who should be going into the Hall, but he doesn't and while the voters are allowed to vote for more than one player each year.....this crap voting technique is really taking away from the validity of vote.
So, how does the HOF regulate this situation? Well, if a voter votes for a player who doesn't seem to be 'hall worthy', less than 5% of the vote garnered, by other voters than they should be required to submit a write up, or a presentation as to why they voted like they did. If their reason seems valid....then they keep their voting rights. If their reasoning behind voting for Travis Fryman is because they really like french fries....then their rights are taken away. Simple as that.

Amen Jack.
Travis Fryman and Todd Stottlemyer -- hilarious. Fryman had 100 RBIs three times.
Dante fucking Bichette got THREE votes last year.
