This item was covered yesterday at The Big Lead but since I had the pleasure of interviewing Ampex2000, it felt like the perfect time to defend our hero on this one.

Bob Raissman of the NY Daily News gets paid to give an opinion, even if it is a bad one. His major gripe with the whole Berman Tape Gate was that Ampex2000, "(the) lowlife who taped him," had the nerve to bring these tapes to life 8 years later.

This coming from the same newspaper that would blow a politician on the spot for a scoop over the Post. The same paper that would possibly inflate its circulation numbers.

Who the hell cares how long the tapes have been buried under some dudes porn collection? This is the entertainment age, Bobby. The 18-49-year-old market likes this shit. We want to see Berman making a fool of himself.
