It's gotten to that exciting time of year where we soon will find out which teams will be dancing in the NCAA tourney. Some teams are already locks and others are on the bubble. Being an Ohio State fan, I'm a little nervous this year. With my nervousness, I started to think about what other fans were nervous over their teams. And then I started to wonder what famous fans/alums were nervous over their teams. Here is a list of five fans and teams that are wishing the season could just start all over.
Ashley Judd and the Kentucky Wildcats.

Ashley Judd is one of the most notable college basketball fans in the country. It is fitting that she is a fan of the winningest program. Unfortunately they began the season with a loss to Gardner-Webb. To add to that, they've also lost to UAB, Houston, and San Diego. But when SEC ball began they got back a bit of that Kentucky Swagger. They went 12-4 in the conference. Some experts have them in. Some experts are saying that the SEC is down this year so the wins aren't that great. But 12-4 is still a good conference record to have. And that loss to San Diego doesn't look that terrible since they just knocked off Gonzaga. But a win over them would have looked even better now.
Dick Clark and the Syracuse Orange.
Dick has had some tough times as of late. So have the Orange. They've played themselves into a quite a pickle. They lost in the 1st round of the Big East tournament to Villanova by 19 points. And we all remember last year when they were on the outside looking in and Boheim thought it was just blasphemy. A weak schedule kept them out last year and a strong one could keep them out this year. They just can't win.
Faye Dunaway and the Florida Gators.
The award winning actress is an alum from the 2-time defending national champs. How fitting. To bad the Gators could be a loss away from playing in the NIT. It isn't fair to compare them to last years team since everyone left. But without winning a few games in the SEC tourney, they are sure to be on the outside looking in.
Sylverster Stallone and the Miami Hurricanes.
The actor who played great characters like Rocky and Rambo is an alum of the University of Miami. All the Hurricanes need to do is avoid losing in the first round on the ACC tournament and they should be in. That's it. Seems easy, right? Of course Sly should have not made the last Rocky and Rambo movies and I'm sure someone told him they were a bad idea. Hopefully, for their sake, the Canes will do the opposite of their famous alum.
R.L. Stine and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
This alum is fitting because the Buckeyes season has been a bit scary for my liking. They are good one day and then they lose 4 games in a row. Like the Gators, they could be a loss away from playing in the NIT. All they had to do was beat A&M. All they had to do was beat Butler. All they had to do was beat Indiana and Wisconsin at home and not lose to Iowa or Michigan on the road. I can deal with one of those road losses but not both. On behalf of Stine and the other notable alum, win Buckeyes, win!
