HOW ARE YOUR BRACKETS LOOKIN'?

I sincerely hope that you took this little masterpiece, printed it out, and used it to wipe your ass. Because that is all that it is good for.

Its become a cliché, but insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In that case, I am insane. We all are. Every year, we fill out brackets, and every year, most of our brackets are useless by the end of the first weekend of the tournament. Every year we say, "That's it! I'm not doing these stupid pools anymore!" And every year, on the Monday after Selection Sunday, there we are, feverishly filling out brackets and talking around the water cooler about some random team from the MEAC we think is heading to the sweet sixteen.

Granted, the weekend's games did not lack for drama. Friday alone saw nail-biters literally one after another after another. But, at least for my sake, would it kill Baylor to show up against a weak Big Ten team after making the Tournament for the first time since emerging from scandal? Was I the only one that felt like throwing the TV against a wall when that 30-foot prayer at the buzzer went in for Western Kentucky? When did Stephen Curry become the best player in the country? And how the hell did Pitt lose to Michigan State? These are the questions we will be left to ponder as someone who let their 9-year-old niece fill out their bracket collects the winnings in all of our office pools.

Well, at least Duke lost.
