BREAKING NEWS: ISMAEL KHALIL ISMAEL WORKING ON RAMIREZ DEAL

Having learned of Manny Ramirez interest in playing baseball in Iraq, Ismael Khalil Ismael founder of the Iraqi Baseball and Softball Federation is inquiring about the acquisition of Manny Ramirez for the remainder of the 2008 season.

"It is a great honor to have someone of Manny Ramirez's stature and talents declare his desire to play in Iraq. With Manny in the fold we could potential raise the popularity and teach kids a lesson of just how far hard work and hussle can get you in this world. We hope to work out a deal with the Red Sox soon." Said Ismael Khalil Ismael

"We feel as if Manny would be able to transition to our culture well and would certainly keep hitting. From what I've gathered the Red Sox are looking for a couple of Cheeseburgers and potentially a large order of fries. We shall find this difficult to part with, but we are putting an alternate offer together with Arak, Tikka and Quoza as well as a few hand grenades. We hope to have the deal finalized soon." Ismael continued

If completed the deal could potentially lead to a flooding of MLB players to Iraq, whom is looking to build upon it's past time.
