Jim Brown is not happy that EA Sports has used his likeness and features in their Madden series without his permission. You don't want to make Jim Brown unhappy, because he'll probably go all 1958 on you and steamroll your sorry self as he bursts to the end zone. Via ESPN:

The former Cleveland Browns star's lawsuit said the companies sell a game featuring a character who looks like him and wears his No. 32. It doesn't specify which video game, but notes the character is part of the game's All Brown's Team.

Brown seeks unspecified damages and an injunction barring the companies from "taking a free ride on the trade value" of the former running back's name and image.

I knew they should have just scrapped the whole thing and put in Eric Rhett. It's just another gaffe in the travesty that is EA Sports. Yes, I said travesty, I want my ESPN NFL 2K5 back!
