D.A. rules paparazzi is open game

If you're looking to beat some paparazzi ass, you can now legally do so in two easy steps:

1) Become a millionaire hip-hop artist/producer

2) Ensure that the beat down takes place in Los Angeles, California.

The precedence above has been set by Kanye West and the District Attorney that ruled against pressing felony charges against said star. But if you are one of those "long arm of the law" types, do not fret. Reportedly, West can still face misdemeanor prosecution. His case will enter a queue, and will take place after a few traffic violations with a splash of underage possession. Stay tuned.
