Kate Moss is flexible

by Mr. E, Staff Writer

At least this is what sculptor Marc Quinn would want us to believe. He is the artist behind this rendition of Kate Moss (or "Siren") in a most precarious pose. Quinn describes Moss as the "Aphrodite of our time," something I could be on board with if he somehow talked her into holding that pose until the sculpture was complete.

The Kate Moss statue, weighing 50kg, will be displayed in a gallery of the museum that houses ancient Greek sculpture. The museum calls it a "fitting setting" for the statue of Moss, "interacting with the great Greek beauties that surround it."
There is already a plaster version of the same statue. No word on if there will be any replicas made of lifelike rubber - those ones that you can "create your own pose" of sorts? You know, for those people that need to drive in the carpool lane. Why, what were you thinking? Sicko.
