Look! Lindsay Lohan dressed up in her Halloween costume for FEARNet's 2nd anniversary, which for some odd reason they actually threw a party for and paid LiLo to attend. What's her costume you ask? A slutty tramp in a see-through top, of course!



I guess it makes sense for FEARnet to throw a party since who would have ever thought they'd make it to year two since I have no effin' idea what they are or where to watch it, but you know, if FEARNet really wanted to do this up right and have something really frightening for this shindig they should have posted LiLo's medical and prescription records. That would frighten the strongest of men... On a side note, when did Moon Boots start making boots with 6-inch stiletto heels?
