Granted, I'm a bit biased given that we have all seen her naked, but what the hell is Paris Hilton wearing?

Hanging out in London, England, Hilton was spotted wearing only what can be described as "too much material." I know that she isn't exactly a 10 or anything, but who does she think she's kidding with this attempt at elegance? London has the Internet, you know.
