Bachelorette: Well, that didn't take long

by Scott Sargent, WaitingForNextYear

It really is saying a lot when the biggest "win" in Cleveland over the past year occurred on the television show The Bachelorette, when Amherst-born Jesse Csincsak was the chosen one for DeAnna Pappas. But in true Cleveland fashion, the rug appears to have been pulled out from underneath.

Pappas was given the opportunity to find the love of her life after being rejected on a previous season of The Bachelor. And after choosing a "professional snowboarder" in Csincsak, she has reportedly had a change of heart. On their website DeAnnaandJesse.com, Jesse revealed that the two are no longer together.

"I kind of feel like it's our responsibility to tell you we're not together anymore," he says."DeAnna broke up with me two days ago, and I just wanted to come on here and tell you guys face-to-face," he continues. "I'm sorry - I did everything in my power to try and make this work."She's a great person, but she wasnt willing to try anymore," he says. "She wanted something different. The answer I got was, 'I love you, but I'm not in love with you.'"That's a lot to swallow, no matter who you are," he says. "It's a lot to take in."
Ah, the ever-popular line of debated "love." The two were to wed this May in the Bahamas - the location in which Csinsak proposed to Pappas.

Man...who would have seen this coming? I mean, aside from everyone...
