Taylor Swift's boyfriend breaks up with her over the phone

Joe Jonas recently broke up with girlfriend Taylor Swift during a 27-second telephone conversation. Late last week Jonas, the 19-year old singer who is reportedly straight but looks like he's a flamer, ended his relationship with the 18-year old country and western star.

Swift told Ellen DeGeneres that Jonas broke up with her in a 27-second phone call, but Jonas explains in a post on the Jonas Brothers web site that he was not the one to end the conversation abruptly.

Jonas explained to fans that his breakup with Swift regarded certain "issues" that led to a "change of heart."

Jonas wrote, "For those who have expressed concern over the '27 second' phone call, I called to discuss feelings with the other person," he writes. "Those feelings were obviously not well received. I did not end the conversation. Someone else did. Phone calls can only last as long as the person on the other end of the line is willing to talk."

Those "issues" and "feelings" more than likely are about Jonas' inability to tell the truth about his preferences. Just looking at him should paint a clear picture on what Jonas prefers.

Swift reacted to Jonas' statement by saying, "I don't know what it is with that boy and 27 seconds. The first time we got, well, you know, that only lasted 27 seconds too."
