Need advice about the stock market? Ask 50 Cent

by Moondog, The World According to Moondog

Rapper 50 Cent is finding out the hard way no one is safe from the current economic downturn. Reportedly he has endured some major financial problems as a result of the cash crunch.

His new album, Before I Self-Destruct, was scheduled to be released on December 9. But he was forced to postpone the release until early 2009, because of fears that struggling music fans will be reluctant to splurge on CD's and other disposable income items.

And the star admits the credit crisis has also begun to affect his personal investments, losing him "millions of dollars" in decreasing stock values.

He says, "Pushing (the CD) back was to position myself a little better. I've lost a couple of million dollars already.

I sit with my investors and business managers and accountants, looking at the numbers and I'm like, 'Yo, the values of stocks in different areas are decreasing.' So I take loss like everyone."

Yea, right. Let's get stock market advice from 50 Cent.

Just last week my stock broker told me, "Yo, like your stock in Raytheon and Intel are down like a MF, MoonDog."

"But be cool, yo, 'cause if you go bustin' a move now, you could like, you know, lose your MFing shirt."
