Even though she looks more like 43 than 23, Lindsay Lohan just celebrated that 23rd birthday the other day and did it in style by wearing a bikini so I figured I'd toss her a bone (even though she is off those these days) and honor her by making her Today's Epic Carnival Princess. Nice shoes...
