Today I award my 91st Epic Carnival Princess award. Why would that be significant? Because I have not had one repeat winner yet and somehow I have never awarded the title to Halle Berry. Seeing her in this dress at the Sixth Annual Keep a Child Alive Benefit tells me that this has been a terrible, terrible oversight on my part.
