Today is a momentous day in the annals of Carnival Princessdom. After 112 different winners we have our first repeat winner. I am proud to present today's award to Eliza Dushku. Eliza wins the honor based on her willingness to get down and do some manual labor thus exposing her thong. I am a sucker for woman working on a car. But yeah, mostly it's for the thong.
