Since I have awarded over 100 of these Carnival Princess titles I decided we needed to give one to a woman who is actually familiar with what it means to hold a title. So I went looking and came across Miss Belgium 1995 Véronique De Kock. Not only was she a beauty queen, her name automatically makes her eligible for this award. Congrats, Ms. De Kock.
