The complete lack of upsets and cinderella's counts for a lot. And outside of the Sweet 16, the games were fairly underwhelming in that year too.<BR/><BR/>Second worst tournament ever?<BR/><BR/>Close call with 1993, which had the Santa Clara upset going for it, but little else.
