Honestly, what did you expect? You pushed an arrogant POV of yourself at the expense of other blogs. So, I can't imagine why others don't want to play with the kid that picks up his toys and goes home when things don't go his way (That is you BTW)

In any case, your argument makes no sense. "For traffic"? Am I making people link to these posts, and bring me traffic? Am I forcing them? If I "trash other blogs" like Bill Simmons, does he give a f*ck and link to me?!? Do Mike Lupica, or other writers that I "trash"?

No, it doesn't work that way. These posts both drew a lot of attention because there were a lot of people who agreed with what I was saying (especially the AOL one), and they created the attention. I did a far better post about Francisco Garcia on the Kings, and how he's the reason why Reggie Theus got hired... nobody cared, nobody links to it. No hype. But since people care about these topics I'm bringing up, particularly other bloggers, who then want to weigh in on it, well... there is your traffic. Dumbass.

And writing about sportswriters, even internet sportsbloggers, is very much related to what my site is about. Did you see the name of my site? Dumbass.

But you are right, this post was about jealousy, not concern about one of my favorite sites (Free Darko)... where to see right through me, anon!

I really don't hate you, dude. I'm not going to check through my IP logs, it's too time consuming. I know that I did notice that you both had the same IP address, but if you say that's not you on all of click clack's comments, I'll take your word for it.

I did assume you were "the original click clack" and that's that. I didn't get the joke. But if you want an apology, since I'm not going to look it up I'll take your word and say that I'm sorry for assuming all the posts were yours. Only the last one is, right?

As for your argument about me trashing your site... I wasn't refering to your site. I even said in the original post that most of your website's posts that were linked were "legit", and I said earlier that "legit" means newsworthy or useful information providing links. That comment that you interpreted to be about your site... it was actually KSK, if you must know. Because as much as I like KSK (and I've commented there in the past), it is a "tangently-related-to-sports mostly entertainment blog. They'll even admit as much. It's not a diss.

As far as I am concerned there is no beef on my side. I never had any beef with you, just "click clack". If no one brings it up, I won't have to respond. And with that I wish you well....

Man...SML is so full of hate. I hadn't adressed his allegations until now, but....

He accussed me of being the commentor "click-click". I did post under that name a week after the post he did about deadspin links, because I thought it was funny. I was not however, the original "click-clack" that flamed his site. He can go check his IP logs if he still thinks I'm lying, because that is the truth. (And when you do go check your IP logs and I am right, I would appreciate an apology)

And I do think that saying that Deadspin linked to "the irrelevant, tangently-related-to-sports, mostly entertainment blogs?" after directly mentioning my site is a pretty close to "trashing" my site. Whatev though. He can talk crap about me all he wants, no skin off my back. I'm not trying to start a flame war, so I'll just say that I'm sorry for anything I said that pissed him off, and in my book everything is over. That is, unless he keeps feeling the need to post comments calling me a "proven liar". C'mon man, lets be a little more mature here.
